Product Support Engineer - Quality Assurance Team (f/m/d/x)

Your tasks

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external Clients
  • Manage ticket queue for active projects
  • Administer the JIRA platform for internal and external Clients
  • Work closely with Developers to identify fixes for projects
  • Other tasks as assigned

Your skills

  • Experience coding in Java; knowledge of additional OOP languages is a bonus
  • Familiarity with modern technical environments such as Oracle, MSSQL, Apache Tomcat/WebSphere, Linux, agile methodology
  • Ability to provide customer service for Government projects
  • Experience in JIRA administration or experience working with Atlassian product suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for efficient, reliable solutions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Quality assurance techniques for software projects a plus
  • Solution and team oriented way of working
  • Work thoroughly and comprehensibly
  • Passion for getting familiar with new matters on his own
  • BA, BS or MS degree in Computer Science
