With innovative and largely automated solutions, we are the technology leader in source code transformation, cloud migration and application modernization. We employ computer scientists, people who have just made career jumps, visionaries, pioneers, strategists, forward and lateral thinkers, go-getters and nerds. We are spread across age groups and hail from many different nations.

Our projects: Using unique methods and our own tools, we migrate legacy systems fully automatically to Java and .NET. On request, we’ll also continue step by step towards AI, or a highly scalable cloud-native architecture.

What can I expect after being hired?

Your first day

After a warm welcome and a short introduction to various organizational topics, you’ll receive your laptop and receive initial instructions from our colleagues on the Information Technology Services Team. After that, your mentor will take over.

Dress code? Not really.

Only when it becomes official – for example, when customers are around.

Feedback is welcome

Open communication is important to us. Your feedback to colleagues and superiors is expressly desired because after all, we strive to improve and develop ourselves.
